Shipping policy

At Masonic Mugs, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping terms below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States

Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT – London). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Transit Times

United Kingdom (Domestic)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday)

United States

  • USA International Delivery: 3–6 business days (Monday–Friday)

Fulfilment Locations

Orders are printed and fulfilled in the UK or US, depending on your delivery address.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size. Any applicable taxes or duties are also calculated at checkout for eligible destinations.

  • Domestic Standard: £3.50
  • USA International: $5.60

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Masonic Mugs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery’s progress.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they enter production.
  • Once an order is in production, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
  • If you need assistance, please contact us immediately at sales@masonicmugs.com.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  2. Provide your order number and any supporting details/photos.
    We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet our stated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather
  • Postal service disruptions
  • Other factors outside our control
