We started Masonic Mugs with one idea — to create something simple, meaningful, and made by a Brother for Brothers. What began with mugs has grown into a small range of apparel, accessories, and personalised lodge items, each designed with care and respect for the Craft.

Production And Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most items are printed on demand and total production and delivery time is around 5-7 working days from order.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We stand behind our quality. If your item arrives damaged or with printing defects, we'll replace it free of charge. Simply contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently produce and deliver our products to the USA and UK. We plan to open up to new markets soon.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress to your door.

What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn/unused items in original condition. Personalised items can only be returned if there's a production error on our part.

Are your products made ethically?
We work with suppliers who share our commitment to fair labour and environmental care, and our print‑on‑demand process means we only make what’s ordered, reducing unnecessary waste.

Can you rush an order for a special event?
Contact us directly for rush orders. While we can't guarantee expedited production, we'll do our best to accommodate time-sensitive requests for lodge events.

Do you offer quantity discounts for lodge orders?
Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk orders over 10 items. Perfect for lodge fundraisers, installations, or group gifts. Contact us for a custom quote.
