Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with the wrong personalisation, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Email sales@masonicmugs.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. You do not need to return the faulty item.
Other Return Requests
Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns if:
- You chose the wrong size, colour, or personalisation
- You changed your mind after production has started
- More than 28 days have passed since delivery
Please double-check all details before completing your order. You may request changes within 2 hours of placing it.
